the location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and a changing room available. the kindness of the staff made our stay enjoyable. They were always happy to help and were very professional. the room was spacious, and we had enough space to move around comfortably.
Language barriers, limited amenities in the area Unfortunately, the hotel lacked some essential amenities. We had an issue communicating with some of the staff members as they had trouble with English, which made it difficult to order food and get general information about the hotel.

The hotel staffs were very professional and enthusiastic, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I particularly enjoyed the delicious Sukiyaki dinner and the beneficial Onsen hot spring for my skin. The friendly and experienced Nepali and Mongolian staffs were a delight to interact with.

The hotel offers easy access to skiing and snowboarding slopes, with a changing room and ski-to-door experience available. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and prompt in providing shuttle services. The room is spacious and comfortable.
Onsen bath etiquette could be better explained and signage provided within the bath area. Fewer face-towels/towels were available at check-in for onsen usage and no drop-off points were available in the changing room.

The location was a bit away from the center of town, but the hotel promptly offered transportation to and from the bus terminal. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and soft sheets. The hotel facilities, especially the hot spring baths, were clean and beneficial for the skin. The staff were professional and welcoming.
Don't have any issues at all.
